Marc Pelletier, President of ExportNet Inc. , has been moderating workshops for more than 15 years. During the past eight years, he has also organized numerous sales and marketing seminars. An engineer and industrial marketing graduate, Marc recruits top performing U.S. sales partners on behalf of his clients.

Allain Lagadic is President and CEO of Interactif.com, a marketing firm specializing in business development through Internet communication, sales and marketing strategy. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Allain has over 15 years of experience in marketing strategies and business development.

Over the past 8 years Allain has successfully helped both large and medium businesses integrate the new information technologies in their marketing strategy. His key focus, through simple communication tools and tactics, is to enable businesses to better inform, communicate and sell. His comprehensive approach can be clearly explained as follows: increase sales stems from improved communication with customers. In turn, efficient communication stems from a simple information system. After all, information systems are the key to improving you customer relationship.

Allain regularly holds conferences on Internet marketing to wide audiences of entrepreneurs and business people and teaches Business Development and Internet marketing strategies at HEC Montreal (École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal). He is also a member of the board of directors of the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Marketing Association as Vice-president of e-business.

As a consultant with the Electronic Commerce Institute, Peter Stewart has seen some of the best and worst of the Web, e-business and IT, and he can help company management determine, in dollars and sense, whether their proposed projects are worth it or not. Until recently, Peter was Director, E-Business, Business Development Bank of Canada, and responsible for the Bank’s web presence and online positioning.

Peter is an expert in Corporate Communications, Corporate Strategy and Planning, and Web Project Management. He has considerable experience in industry and government, in projects that include building complex websites, extending traditional services online, and managing customer relationships across multiple channels. He worked for seven years as Director, Public Affairs and E-Business with the Business Development Bank of Canada, growing and managing the Bank's online presence. He has also worked for SHL Systemhouse, world leader (before it was acquired by MCI WorldCom) in client/server computing, and a company that helped set the stage in Canada for the rapid deployment of the Internet. He started his career as a financial analyst at the Economic Council of Canada in Ottawa.

Benoit Lamoureux is a co-founder of Dynec Inc. and is a specialist in helping companies fulfill their sales and customer-service support. He has worked with many companies in their implementation of CRM, ERP and EDI, including many requiring logistics and supply chain management software. His strong focus is on helping companies to improve their productivity in order to be competitive on world markets.”

He has been working primarily with manufacturers and in B2B related mandates on behalf of Economic Development Canada (EDC).
